About CUET-2024
CUET stands for Central Universities Common Entrance Exam, for all the Central Universities from the academic session 2022-23. National Education Policy 2020, advocated for CUET for all the Central Universities, which will provide equal opportunity to all the students seeking admission in these colleges, irrespective of their scores in class 12th Board Examination. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been assigned the task of conduction the CUET for Undergraduate/Integrated (UI) and Postgraduate courses. CUET, for admission to different programs of the participating Central Universities, will provide a single gateway to the students to get admission in these universities. Admission to all 45 universities funded through UGC will be through CUET

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been assigned the task of conduction the CUET for Undergraduate/Integrated (UI) and Postgraduate
courses.
CUET stands for Central Universities Common Entrance Exam, for all the Central Universities from the academic session 2022-23. National Education Policy 2020, advocated for CUET for all the Central Universities,which will provide equal opportunity to all the students seeking admission in these colleges, irrespective of their scores in class 12th Board Examination.
The exam will be conducted in CBT (Computer Based Test) Mode.
The Test will be an objective Type test, comprising multiple choice questions.
Language Test and Subject Tests are of 45 minutes duration each. General Test is of 1-hour duration. A candidate is required to appear only in the Test/s chosen by him.
CUET is mandatory for all the 45 central universities of India. Please refer to the NTA website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in for the complete list of participating Institutions.
Each question carries 5 marks. One mark will be deducted for a wrong Answer.

Step 3 –Fee Payment
There is no such provision. The number of domain subjects that a candidate should select depends on the requirements of the desired University/ies for desired course/s. It depends solely on the requirements of the University for the desired course.
You can opt for Hindi in Language Test and English medium for other tests.
No. You just have to indicate the name/s of the University/ies/Participating Institution/s that you intend applying. There is no need to give any preference.
